Cutler Real Estate asked Dominic a few questions so you can get to know him better, and here are Dominic's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

I have been a Realtor for more than 30 years and have successfully helped thousands of area families buy and sell homes.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I am a self-motivated entrepreneur and I enjoy helping people. I saw an opportunity to develop a business, be innovative and at the same time support my family.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I currently live in North Canton. I enjoy living and serving in this community because in my opinion it has a great school system, parks, shopping and dining. It really is convenient to everything and we have excellent EMS, fire and police.

4. How do you spend your free time?

In my free time I am with my family. I am also actively involved in my church and enjoy spending time outdoors camping, hiking and kayaking.

5. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?

Our family Matriarch passed away unexpectedly after having resided in the family home for over 70 years. Her family were all living out of State. Not a great scenario for handling the sale of the beloved family home. Dominic Fonte &Associates were recommended by our family attorney working out of Columbus. Dominic met with us one day following our initial call. From the minute he arrived, he assured us of his expertise in estate matters and he proceeded to lead us through the entire process, (evaluation, listing, selling negotiations, and closing). He and his team were always responsive, knowledgeable, and were remarkable communicators. These attributes were particularly important to us as we managed to do all this from our homes several hundreds of miles away. Dominic was fantastic to work with. From day one until closing, he was in constant contact with us. If we had questions he answered quickly same day. Dominic Fonte was my landlord prior to me buying a home. He was the best landlord anybody could possibly ask for. I knew I had to have him and his associates as my realty team.
